Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Intake Specialist for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients and callers
  • Accurately input caller information and follow specific prompts to obtain detailed information
  • Complete caller intakes accurately, escalate priority issues, and adjust communication style as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a high call volume environment, preferably in the legal industry
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy, and proficiency in computer skills
  • Internet connection with at least 10 Mb upload and 50 Mb download speed
  • Preferred skills include Spanish bilingualism, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and Salesforce CRM experience
