Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Operator to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and verify/update call center documents
- Process facilities and engineering work orders through Corrigo and ensure timely dispatch
- Monitor queue times and maintain confidentiality standards in communications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Proficient in using Windows OS desktop computer and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Corrigo work order management system
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar call center software
