Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Operator to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from client facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and verify/update call center documents
  • Process facilities and engineering work orders through Corrigo and ensure timely dispatch
  • Monitor queue times and maintain confidentiality standards in communications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficient in using Windows OS desktop computer and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Corrigo work order management system
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar call center software
