Call Center Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of our travel portfolio, the part-time hourly Call Center Outreach Specialist will serve as the initial contact for potential guests, informing them about selected entry forms and presenting complimentary vacation opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential guests to inform them of gifts and vacation opportunities tied to their entry forms
• Engage customers by overcoming objections and facilitating calls to transfer qualified leads to coordinators
• Collaborate with the telemarketing team to meet outreach goals and accurately track results in internal systems

Required qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Previous call center experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
• Proven track record of establishing rapport with diverse customers
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technical platforms or learning systems
• Effective communication skills for telephone and personal interactions
