Job Summary

Serving as the initial point of contact, the part-time hourly Call Center Outreach Specialist will inform potential guests about their selected entry forms and present them with complimentary vacation opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential guests to communicate gifts and vacation opportunities linked to their entry forms
• Engage with customers to overcome objections and facilitate connections with Travel Coordinators for final arrangements
• Collaborate with the telemarketing team to meet outreach goals and accurately track results in internal systems

Required qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Previous call center experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
• Proven ability to establish rapport and present information effectively to diverse customers
• Quick adaptability to technical platforms or new learning systems
• Effective communication skills for telephone and personal interactions
