Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist (Call Center) for a full-time position in an Engagement Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of calls and schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites
  • Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
  • Assist callers, navigate them to appropriate resources, and report complex clinical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of healthcare patient service experience
  • 1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Experience using an EMR and scheduling software
  • Strong communication skills over the phone
  • Minimum internet speed of 20mbps download and 6mbps upload
