Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
  • Respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve patient questions/concerns
  • Document and relay patient information to the practices as required
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Ability to explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable using multiple communication tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
