Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach new and existing employees, providing guidance and assistance as needed
  • Analyze training needs and develop training programs for call center staff
  • Collaborate with management and the training department to ensure effective training delivery and consistency
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems and investor guidelines preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel for work-related meetings and training sessions
