Job Summary
A company is looking for a SPOC Call Center Performance Coach responsible for the professional development of call center service staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach new and existing employees, providing guidance as needed
- Analyze training needs and develop training programs for call center staff
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and ensure compliance training is completed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems and guidelines is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel for work-related meetings and training sessions
