Key Responsibilities
  • Audit all calls that include payment processing
  • Review 15-20 calls per day, checking for quality and compliance
  • Assist with other tasks including reviewing policy forms, assisting with tickets, taking calls, and other administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of call audit/grading experience
  • Life insurance experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks
  • Strong documentation skills
