- Review 15-20 calls per day, checking for quality and compliance
- Assist with other tasks including reviewing policy forms, assisting with tickets, taking calls, and other administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of call audit/grading experience
- Life insurance experience (preferred)
- Willingness to assist with various tasks
- Strong documentation skills
