Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Mutual Funds, Inbound).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-service solutions and transfer agency services to internal and external customers
• Process mutual fund transactions, maintain customer records, and answer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes while resolving transaction-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Background in banking, investment, or finance preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in retail, banking, or financial services
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• High-speed internet, wired connection, and a dedicated workspace at home
