Job Summary

- Assist viewers via phone and chat with account management, billing queries, and content questions
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting support and make product recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned to enhance viewer interactions and support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and digital streaming services
- Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays
