Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist viewers via phone and chat with account management, billing queries, and content questions
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting support and make product recommendations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to enhance viewer interactions and support
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and digital streaming services
  • Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays
