Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions and offering additional products
- Care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy and setting up new claim reports
- Navigate through multiple computer systems to efficiently assist customers
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
