Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing
- Demonstrate empathy and support customers who have recently experienced accidents by setting up new claim reports
- Offer additional products to customers while addressing their unique needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Customer service experience
- Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends after training
