Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing
  • Demonstrate empathy and support customers who have recently experienced accidents by setting up new claim reports
  • Offer additional products to customers while addressing their unique needs
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends after training
