Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls promptly, courteously, and concisely
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online logs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center
- Proven history of job stability (minimum of 1 year in each prior position)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work any shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays if required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
