Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly, courteously, and concisely
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online logs
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center
  • Proven history of job stability (minimum of 1 year in each prior position)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work any shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays if required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
