Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage calls for home services clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain call control while providing exceptional and efficient service
- Follow account-specific instructions including scripted verbiage and appointment scheduling
- Notate accurate information and escalate challenges appropriately
Required Qualifications:
- Available to work weekends and/or holiday shifts
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screen
