Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage calls for home services clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain call control while providing exceptional and efficient service
  • Follow account-specific instructions including scripted verbiage and appointment scheduling
  • Notate accurate information and escalate challenges appropriately
Required Qualifications:
  • Available to work weekends and/or holiday shifts
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
  • Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screen
