Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming service requests via email and phone, accurately entering information for dispatch
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and adapting to new processes
  • Coordinate with on-call service teams to dispatch technicians for emergency service requests


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or similar B2B customer service role
  • Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school is a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to type 50 wpm
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
