Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Read scripts verbatim for products and services and provide rebuttals when necessary
  • Build positive relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing all questions and concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Previous outbound call experience required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Desire to succeed and a motivated, competitive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
