Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, aiming for 90% adherence in the Call Center
  • Assist clients with the University Services Web portal and provide timely information
  • Resolve client issues related to data reporting and maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and two years of corporate/retail customer service experience
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred
