Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, including routing, claims reporting, policy changes, and payment processing
  • Process tasks from a work queue and take on additional projects while meeting service level expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Prior experience in call center, reception work, or retail
  • Data entry skills and knowledge of personal computers
  • Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
