Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers by addressing their needs and offering additional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs
• Build trust with customers while servicing their requests
• Offer additional products during customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
