Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer needs while building trust
  • Assist customers in setting up new claim reports and offer additional products
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to provide effective service
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
