Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and address customer needs while building trust
- Assist customers in setting up new claim reports and offer additional products
- Navigate multiple computer systems to provide effective service
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
