Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and provide customer service by addressing unique needs
• Build trust with customers while offering additional products
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to manage customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service
• Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
