Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and address customer needs while building trust
- Assist customers with setting up new claim reports and offer additional products
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while multitasking
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet connection and a wired computer setup
