Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
  • Set up new claim reports and offer additional products to customers
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking effectively
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • High-speed internet and a wired computer connection required
