Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
- Set up new claim reports and offer additional products to customers
- Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking effectively
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet and a wired computer connection required
