Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers by servicing their needs and offering additional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and assist customers with their unique needs
• Build trust with customers while setting up new claim reports
• Offer additional products to customers during interactions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience navigating multiple computer systems
• Availability for full-time work including evenings and weekends
