Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
  • Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents and offer additional products
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends after training
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • High-speed internet connection at the candidate's expense
  • Computer must be physically connected to the router or modem
