Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
- Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents and offer additional products
- Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends after training
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet connection at the candidate's expense
- Computer must be physically connected to the router or modem
