Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to support and build trust with customers
• Service customer needs and offer additional products
• Multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems effectively

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
• Designated workspace free from distractions
• High-speed internet and a wired connection for company-provided hardware
