Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to support and build trust with customers
- Service customer needs and offer additional products
- Multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems effectively
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from distractions
- High-speed internet and a wired connection for company-provided hardware
