Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their unique needs
• Set up new claim reports and offer additional products to customers
• Navigate multiple computer systems while providing customer service

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in customer service
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
