Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Roadside Assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
  • Ensure member safety and document details accurately during calls
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
  • Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
