Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Roadside Assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
- Ensure member safety and document details accurately during calls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
- Understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
