Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative I to assist customers with service scheduling and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors to manage service requests and repairs
- Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests on various topics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Must be open to working various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must participate in Quality Assurance reviews
