Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative I to assist customers with service scheduling and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance scheduling
  • Coordinate with technicians and vendors to manage service requests and repairs
  • Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests on various topics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
  • Must be open to working various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must participate in Quality Assurance reviews
