Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Direct Connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls from agents requesting policy changes and route calls to appropriate departments
- Enter new first reports of claims and assist with processing tasks in the work queue
- Support special projects as needed while providing friendly and clear assistance to callers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 year of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience with data entry and personal computers
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
- Customer service experience is preferred
