Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Direct Connect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle calls from agents requesting policy changes and route calls to appropriate departments
  • Enter new first reports of claims and assist with processing tasks in the work queue
  • Support special projects as needed while providing friendly and clear assistance to callers


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1 year of experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience with data entry and personal computers
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Customer service experience is preferred
