Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide support to attorney clients in a customer service role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to clients requesting services and answer incoming calls from potential clients
  • Provide accurate information regarding client cases and convey the benefits of the services offered
  • Gather information, document responses, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM database
Required Qualifications
  • Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Strong computer knowledge and typing skills of at least 50 WPM
  • Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and CRM software proficiently
  • Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
