Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide support to attorney clients in a customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients requesting services and answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Provide accurate information regarding client cases and convey the benefits of the services offered
- Gather information, document responses, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM database
Required Qualifications
- Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills of at least 50 WPM
- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and CRM software proficiently
- Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
