Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
• Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet performance goals for appointment conversion

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of call center experience required
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
