Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (RVSS) to manage inbound customer calls related to truck and trailer services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors to manage service requests and repairs
• Handle incoming calls and follow-up inquiries related to various customer service topics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
• Bilingual in French or Spanish is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
