Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
  • Service customers who have recently been in accidents and set up new claim reports
  • Offer additional products to customers while managing multiple computer systems
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a remote work environment
  • Must have a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • Must have high-speed internet and a computer connected to a router or modem
