Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
- Service customers who have recently been in accidents and set up new claim reports
- Offer additional products to customers while managing multiple computer systems
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask effectively in a remote work environment
- Must have a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- Must have high-speed internet and a computer connected to a router or modem
