Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
- Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents while offering additional products
- Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking effectively
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to connect provided hardware to a surge protector and router via cable
