Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their needs and build trust
  • Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents while offering additional products
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking effectively
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
  • Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to connect provided hardware to a surge protector and router via cable
