Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proper screening and documentation
- Process, schedule, and authorize orders according to department protocols
- Coordinate scheduling of participants' appointments and address inquiries from participants and providers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center service/support role
- Flexibility with work hours is essential
- Must be available to work during EST/CST business hours
