Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proper screening and documentation
  • Process, schedule, and authorize orders according to department protocols
  • Coordinate scheduling of participants' appointments and address inquiries from participants and providers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center service/support role
  • Flexibility with work hours is essential
  • Must be available to work during EST/CST business hours
