Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service via phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service inquiries and payment arrangements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test screening
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required
