Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their high-volume call center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information for incoming customer/client calls regarding disability claim status
  • Make outbound calls to obtain required information from clients pertaining to their cases/hearings
  • Access various disability processing systems to research and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
  • Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge with excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
  • Commitment to strong attendance and ability to handle high call volume
  • Ability to meet multiple performance targets at or above benchmark levels
