Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative III to manage inbound client/customer requests and inquiries remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researches and resolves complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring first call resolution
  • Determines root cause of client/customer issues and coordinates with internal departments to resolve them
  • Enters client/customer updates into the appropriate system and serves as a mentor for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of business rules, products, and procedures
  • Ability to support multiple blocks of business and applications
  • Experience participating in departmental/interdepartmental projects
