Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative III to manage inbound client/customer requests and inquiries remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Researches and resolves complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring first call resolution
- Determines root cause of client/customer issues and coordinates with internal departments to resolve them
- Enters client/customer updates into the appropriate system and serves as a mentor for new hires
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 - 6 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of business rules, products, and procedures
- Ability to support multiple blocks of business and applications
- Experience participating in departmental/interdepartmental projects
