Call Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Outbound Calls) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete outbound/inbound telephonic outreach to members using auto dialer and manual dialing
• Schedule in-home visits with licensed medical staff and resolve any scheduling issues
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting established productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience
• 1+ years of professional experience using telephone and computer for job duties
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
