Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their high-volume call center team in Minneapolis, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding disability claim status
- Make outbound calls to gather necessary information from clients about their cases
- Research and resolve inquiries using various disability processing systems
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
- Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred
- Strong computer knowledge with typing skills of at least 50 WPM
- Ability to manage high call volumes and deescalate conflicts
- Commitment to strong attendance and meeting performance targets
