Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their high-volume call center team in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding disability claim status
  • Make outbound calls to gather necessary information from clients about their cases
  • Research and resolve inquiries using various disability processing systems
Required Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
  • Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge with typing skills of at least 50 WPM
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and deescalate conflicts
  • Commitment to strong attendance and meeting performance targets
