Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Remote-NC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate resources and providing information
  • Review call notes and demographic data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
  • Provide follow-up calls and handle complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma and at least one year of experience in healthcare or mental health/substance use/intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Associate degree or higher preferred, along with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of health, mental health, and Medicaid Managed Care systems
  • High level of computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Bilingual preferred for one of the positions
