Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their high-volume call center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to incoming customer/client callers regarding disability claim status
- Make outbound calls to obtain required information from clients pertaining to their cases/hearings
- Access various disability processing systems to research and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of high-volume call center experience
- Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred
- Strong computer knowledge with excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
- Ability to handle high call volume and deescalate scenarios effectively
- Commitment to strong attendance and ability to meet multiple performance targets
