Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist prospective and current students with inquiries about programs and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and address inquiries related to educational programs and services
  • Provide accurate information regarding admissions, financial aid, and course offerings
  • Assist with scheduling campus tours and maintain detailed records of calls
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in communication or customer service is a plus
