Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist prospective and current students with inquiries about programs and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries related to educational programs and services
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, financial aid, and course offerings
- Assist with scheduling campus tours and maintain detailed records of calls
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in communication or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-focused attitude and a desire to help others succeed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
