Job Summary

Handling a high volume of inbound client inquiries, the full-time remote Call Center Representative II will provide information, process customer profile changes, and direct requests to appropriate business teams while ensuring first call resolution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provides resolution to client/customer inquiries and requests over the phone by applying knowledge of business rules, products, and procedures
  • Determines root causes and resolves client/customer issues, coordinating with internal departments as necessary
  • Enters semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
