Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and customer-focused Call Center Representative for a full-time remote position, responsible for engaging prospective clients, setting appointments for the sales team, and providing exceptional service while working flexible hours that include weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
• Communicate the value of company products and services to educate clients
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls while meeting performance goals

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
• Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of call center experience required
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus
