Job Summary

To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will conduct patient experience surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and maintaining patient confidentiality while providing a positive experience for survey participants.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient experience surveys via outbound phone calls
  • Accurately record survey responses and ensure data integrity while maintaining confidentiality
  • Handle patient interactions with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare, call centers, patient engagement, or survey research preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry systems
  • Ability to read and follow standardized scripts without biasing responses
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
