Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Call Center Representative will conduct patient experience surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and maintaining patient confidentiality while providing a positive experience for survey participants.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct patient experience surveys via outbound phone calls
- Accurately record survey responses and ensure data integrity while maintaining confidentiality
- Handle patient interactions with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare, call centers, patient engagement, or survey research preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry systems
- Ability to read and follow standardized scripts without biasing responses
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
