Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Call Center Representative will assist customers with vehicle breakdowns, manage workflow with technicians, and handle administrative tasks related to billing and inquiries, with a hybrid training period onsite before transitioning to remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and improve customer communication protocols
- Enhance service productivity by coordinating with technicians and managing repair requirements
- Process customer service requests and follow up on various topics, including billing and compliance
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Experience in accounting, billing, or invoicing preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
- Willingness to participate in quality assurance reviews
