Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Call Center Representative will manage inbound customer inquiries, perform data management tasks, and ensure service level agreements are met during the weekend night shift from Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30 PM CST to 5:00 AM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions or escalate inquiries as needed
- Record call outcomes and update account history, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Perform data entry and validation within a proprietary database to maintain reliable customer records
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is required
- Proven de-escalation skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
